TELECONSULTATION IS A MEDICAL ACT, AND AS SUCH, IT FOLLOWS THE PRECEDENTS OF MEDICAL ETHICS, NO VIDEO RECORDS, AUDIO OR ANY DATA PROCEDURE PERMITTED WITHOUT FORMAL CONSENT OF THE PARTIES INVOLVED (RGPD - Law No. 58 / 2019, from 8 August).
The Teleconsultation will be performed when there is a medical indication. In the event that there is a preference, on the part of the client, for the face-to-face consultation, the administrative scheduling procedures will follow the conventional procedures of this type of consultation.
The option for TELEMEDICINA, whenever correctly indicated, results in, among other benefits, in the reduction costs, streamlining procedures and greater patient satisfaction.
Confirmation of Teleconsulta by PeritAG will take place after the completion of our customer data validation process and its effective payment.
The customer must, previously (we recommend 10 minutes), be accessible by the application used by our company in a location with adequate lighting conditions and using headphones.
The customer must take into account that, when using technological resources of good quality , will be helping in the smooth running of Teleconsulta.
The protection of our customers' data is a permanent concern in our company. Which leads us to adopt up-to-date work methodologies that help us in this regard.
Our external services (presence at the Court or LegaL Medical Institute, medical boards, judgments, technical consultants), remain in accordance with the conditions in force in each institution.
